The discount of shipping fee varies with the Express Company's promotions. We will make every endeavor to give our customers the best discount.
Delivery times are between 5-8 days to all major destinations.
The exact shipping time is based on the shipping company ( EMS ) standard.
Due to all our products are custom-made for you from scratch, our professional dressmaker needs15-17 working days to tailor your dresses. And the Total Shipping Time is based on the time it will take to tailor and the time taken for the finished dress to be shipped to you.

Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a notification to the email address you provided to us. You can track the state of your order online using the tracking number in the Email. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact us directly via e-mail .
Orders May Be Delayed for the Following ReasonsOrders received after 2:00 PM GMT will be processed the following business day.
The dress pattern you offered to us is not clear enough.
“Bill To” and “Ship to” addresses are not the same.
Order is pending a credit approval and fraud verification.
An order is shipped to a special location.
Something You Need to Acknowledge
1. All parcels will be marked as “Gifts” or “Samples” to avoid fees imposed by customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if
there is any.
2. Orders with multiple items will be shipped as one shipment once completed.
3. Currently all deliveries must be made to a physical business or home address and an adult’s signature is required.
4. You can’t change your shipping address after you placed an order. So please make sure you submit the correct shipping address while you making the order.
Return Policy
HerveSale wants customers to be happy. Sometimes a return is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction. Understanding
that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled
properly and fairly:Returns may be considered under the following conditions only:
* All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments or disatisfaction must be approved by Eidress within four
business days of receipt of order.
* You should provide us the Authorization of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will
result in no action.
* Merchandise must be in new condition, you can try it on, but don’t make it dirty or altered.
* No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our
control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company.
* On approved items, buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless HerveSale is responsible for the return due to sending the wrong item.
